Hello, my number was supposed to have been ported to O2 over a week ago. I have called help number numerous times and no one seems to know what to do. All they say is it's been escalated and wait 24 hours. How long is there 24 hours, I've been waiting since last week.
Is there anyone on here who can help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I ended up calling the help number again and they programmed my original number to my sim. Problem solved.
