Had a new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone for 3 weeks. Did SIM Swap and has been working fine until yesterday.
Got the message Sim1 not allowed and when trying to make a call the message 'not registered on network'
Re-seated the sim in the sim tray and cleaned it. Done network reset. Turned in flight mode on and off. Turned handset on and off .. still got the same problem.
Cannot call O2 .. not registered on network, and no chat box on My O2 .. only Aurora who doesn't understand.
Need some help. Got a new expensive unusable phone.
