No not port in since 24/6/2024

Hi ,

I have purchase 2 new sim only contract deal through Uswitch and requested to keep my no, I have provided PAC code from skymobile  to the O2 via online form on 24th June for me and my wife's no to keep, which we are using from more than 10 years after completing all the formalities the no still has not port in yet. I am calling them every single day since and there is only hharassmentfrom O2 and transfer the call and keeping on hold every time it takes more than 30 to 40 min.

I have not reccived a single text regarding no port in , online account shows port in not scheduled yet. number transfer is in progress since week
 
I asked them to cancel the contract but they refused to do,  say they are not allowed to do any changes as this port is in progress(I am within my 14 days period).
I have 2 kids and we are working parents no one can get in touch with if there any emergency as everyone has our old number. now its more than a week as the no has not port. can someone kindly help to resolved this issue.

o2 has historically struggled with PACs given when ordering @Amit1 - for some reason they just get missed.

If you follow the process to give it now it should work - assuming you wish to continue with the move...
