Hi all.
Does anyone else get billing updates from O2 in the middle of the night? Last night it was 2:30am!! I have calls and text muting on my phone at night but their messages seem to get through it. I would imagine the bot tech is good enough to know what time-zone I am in, so why the early morning wake up call 😉 Is anyone else suffering with this, or does anyone know how to get it to happen at a reasonable time?

Can't say I have. We have had a handful of complaints on here but they are few and far between.
My phone is set to only allow family calls at night

Just because you have calls and text muting turned on, all that does is stop the phone notifying you of the call or text during the period it is on.
You cant stop anyone sending you a message during that time..
