I currently have 3 bar 4G usual place in my office and I can’t get any data at all, my virgin fibre broadband is in and out and not giving out any Wi-Fi anyone else got these issues? Says no network issues but that’s none sense clearly there is, I’m typing this on iPad EE which I’m going to swap to soonest.

Well your broadband will have nothing to do with your phone signal
Have you run tests in the Virgin Connect App and Online?
