I contacted the customer service they said the network is fine in my area SW19
But I only got 1.5mb in 5G and the 3G is faster than the 5G go up to 5mb , I am not able to work at home , if they are keeping like this I have to say I will leave O2

Given that they say it's ok things aren't likely to get any better
leaving is possibly the best option

There are no minimum speed gaurantees on any mobile network, it does though sound like a lot of people on o2 which means your speed will be affected..
If you are on Pay Monthly you will have to pay off any remaining term or device plan to leave or if on PAYG just leave..
I would recommend getting some PAYG sims and testing the networks where you are..
Or buy a proper Broadband service from the likes of Virgin or EE
You can also check the status.o2.co.uk page or use the o2 My Networt app and report issues using that

Sounds like it's been hammered by another customer (or customers)..
It might be worth checking the link I gave you.
I wouldn't wipe my backside on the speed test results from fast.com as 99% of the time it reports poor speeds, even when you have 100Gb links.... best to use either nperf or Googles own speed tester...
