Hi i have already rang to sort out an incorrect email address set up on my account but this still not correct can someone please sort this out

If you cannot access the incorrect email address you can't change it yourself.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

The Op didn't say they couldn't access it, they just said it was incorrect.
