I have been an O2 customer for many years and had been registered on the O2 website. I don't log in that often and then when I do my details are not recognised. I try the forgot password option but even using my original email address, no password reset email is received. However, I can re-register with my original email address and password. Do have to keep logging in every few months just to keep the account active? I haven't had any problems with my phone by the way, always active and I get regular texts from O2. I am a PAYG customer. Thanks

For PAYG, you have to also make a chargeable call once every 6 months to keep the SIM active.
For the issue with your MyO2, that one is not as easy to explain - and if you do wish to contact O2 about it, I'd recommend the X or Messenger (Social Media) team, the links in Guide: How to find help & contact O2 will get you there. Good luck, @Somerbum.
