If this is the O2 website that is giving you difficulty, try logging into it with a Private Browsing or Incognito tab in your browser, @Anonymous - there are rakes of changes being rolled-in to permit VM and O2 forums to become one, and things get a little screwy as the changes settle into place.
You may also benefit from clearing all browser history and cookies for any of the o2.co.uk and virginmedia.com domain sites. Good luck!

I've been moved from Virgin Mobile to O2 and it has been nothing short of a ****** show. My mobile internet stopped working abroad, I can't get voicemails, I can't even log into my new O2 account as the server is spitting HTTP 500.
