Basically 2 weeks ago I have had issue with my data when it’s not connecting to Wi-Fi.
so I can’t use internet, maps, App Store or internet.
keep getting told it’s sim issue or network or that my phone on 5g auto told the tech team will call they never did that’s was 2 weeks ago. I now have to wait another week.
it is ridiculous that I’m paying o2 for something I can’t use.

You need to contact O2.
