Hi,  This evening about 8pm I decided to convert to an esim via my iPhone 16 Pro Max from O2.  I also have a iPhone 15 pro Max with with the same O2 account.  Now one plastic sim seems to have changed number with the other sim and the phone I was converting to a esim is still showing as activating with no mobile service.  When I logon to my O2 account its shows my new iPhone 16 Pro Max as BLOCKED, is this normal.  I tried call O2 but its after hours so will need to wait until the morning.  Is anyone able to shed some light on this issue or an I worrying for nothing?  Thanks

@Gerry13

Your biggest mistake was switching to an esim.

So many issues with them.

You may have to go in store to sort out the issues with new physical sims.

Take photo ID with you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
