Data dropping in and out since 5/12/24!

Hi, unless at home on WiFi I’m spending most my days since 5/12/24 with no data, not just at home, when out at work in Edinburgh area also, this has been days now and I’ve visited o2 shop and they said it might be a mast issue, called up o2 they said network is fine in area when im sat with no data. Constantly resetting network settings and turning phone on and off wherever I go to see if I get any data and when I do it drops out not long after. Noticed it started from the morning I done the iOS18.1.1 update on iPhone. Unsure if linked

In which case the network settings clearly aren't the problem!

Not an iPhone person in any shape or form but I remember this from a little way back.

Not sure if it throws any light on the situation

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
