@Yeppy

Request an esim from O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or go in store with photo ID.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My advice would be dont, as with o2 you are opening yourself up to all sorts of issues.. Just search on here.

Also just in case if you are on PAYG you cant get an esim..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Assuming @Yeppy already has a plastic sim from another provider so one of them will need converting.

No issues with an esim on my iPhone either. Lots of urban myths around and it seems more issues with Android than Apple.

No problem with eSIMs it's the absolute ****** up of a system when you want to transfer them

Took me just five minutes with Voxi. When I had problems with O2 it was ten days. Thankfully I'm on plastic with them now

However, when I was on eSIM O2 insisted I had plastic. Now I have plastic they have me down as having an eSIM.

Sorry, can't trust their systems.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
