Can anyone help, I keep getting error messages when I try to charge my apple one subscription and my Xbox game pass subscription to my mobile account.
I have spoken to o2 who have said they can’t see any issues with my o2 account.

You have to persevere with O2. Try social media who are UK based
Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter X ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Something has changed internally at o2 which means everyones limits got set to something like £20 and no one seems to be able to change it..
Just another thing to add to the list of things o2 have to done to pee off the customer...
