Can anyone help, I keep getting error messages when I try to charge my apple one subscription and my Xbox game pass subscription to my mobile account.
I have spoken to o2 who have said they can’t see any issues with my o2 account.

You have to persevere with O2. Try social media who are UK based

Something has changed internally at o2 which means everyones limits got set to something like £20 and no one seems to be able to change it..
Just another thing to add to the list of things o2 have to done to pee off the customer...
