Hi,
I recently lost my SIM when I was travelling and ordered a replacement SIM so I would retain the same number for my Pay as You Go O2 Service. Unfortunately since I have used this SIM I haven't been able to send text messages (I can still receive them). It isn't a huge issue as I mostly use imessage which works fine. However, my coverage never works when I'm in Europe which it seems is somehow related? I always receive alerts that roaming is enabled on my phone but I can never get coverage. Please help.
Thanks in advance

Also, Some things to try when abroad:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 4g in network settings
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
