Hi everyone i have been a o2 customer for years recently i lost my job and i resort do doing food delivery. O2 does not have enough coverage everywhere in my area and this is affecting me. I called to cancel my contract but i have been asked to pay it in full. Today my 40min call ended up with the lady that answered it hanging up on me. The internet and signal makes the service unusable. Is there a way to cancel please? Customer support is really bad
