Hi, I have logged in to download bills to send to my accountant but I can't view anything. My name and number are correct but under Tarrif info, allowance, bolt on etc it just says "we can't currently show you this information" or "this information is not available at the moment". There is also no option to view bills anywhere. Can anyone help please? I'll post a screenshot of what I see when I click on My O2. The normal option to view bills just isn't there...
