 5G is not connecting to my Samsung A54 so I cannot use my phone away from wifi. Tried all the options i.e reboot etc. Any reason for this and what to do to restore 5G

Are you in a 5G Area, do you have a 5G SIM card, are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly... 

 

Try going into the settings and choosing 4G and seeing if you can connect
