so at the time of writing this iv paid my device bill which was paid on the 28th it's now the 30th and for the past 48hours iv been trying continuously to pay the airtime even at random times of day after getting the message "try again later" iv since tried a further 4-8 times and now given up and putting it down to a bug within the O2 app, iv logged in on the website and it's the same there to, but I'm just not prepared to ring them up and be on hold for 2hours for them to tell me it's a bug,...if anyone can shed any light on this it would be very much appreciated

A known issue that arose late yesterday, @jack2020 - they did not manage to fix it overnight, so...
You might be better contacting O2 directly if it is still broken tomorrow, @jack2020 - as an unpaid bill soon attracts a nasty letter and if not resolved sharpish, a flag on your record for non-payment. You’d need to call O2’s customer service team about it – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )

Hi, I am having the same error. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks. the difficulty i have is that i am not in the country and wont be back until after the 28th so calling is going to be difficult and costly. Is there an alternate solution?
