I recently purchased a phone and new contract however I realised 2 things
- the memory is not great in the phone and would like to change for the next one up
- there is a charge for a call to Ireland. I thought international calls were included in my contract
It is within the 14 days so I have the option the cancel / amend the agreement.

Calls to the Irish Republic are not included in any o2 tariff, unless you are roaming in Ireland.
YOu will need to call o2, and return the current phone, and once that is complete start again.
You can call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they will be able to help with the 14 day change of mind process.
