i have never been in the predicament i have been in at the start of this year and unfortunately fallen behind with various bills including some of my o2 bills i will be getting them all up to date at the end of the month but i am recieving threatening letters from o2 who i have been with for over 17 years without missing a payment before i have and have various devices that ae about to be cut off, i just needed until the end of the month to get back on track???

You need to call O2 and ask for the payment management team

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
