Hi
I have an O2 account for one mobile (which is used by my wife) and a Virgin mobile which is my own phone. In 2023 Virgin mobile was switched to O2. At the time nothing really changed other than my payments now go to O2, so I didn't have to do anything. However, I now realise that I cannot access my bills etc. for my Virgin account on Virgin any more and my O2 account only shows the details for the phone my wife uses. How do I add my ex-Virgin mobile account to my O2 account so I can manage either one as necessary from one source. Any help much appreciate. Thanks.

1) You can use alternative email to gain access. Give this to O2.
2) Or you can also request the original email to be released from the original account, and this can then be added to the migrated 360 account (this can take up to 28 days, however should be done sooner)
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
