i've got an outstanding bill of £46.93, everytime i try to phone up and pay i get transfered to o2 customer service where they ask for tons of passwords which i can't remember at all. All i want to do is pay this bill off so i can use my phone again! This is insane, i've tried for 3 days now to pay this bill off and i keep getting transfered and when i use the online service it just has loads of error messages.

If your My02 is not working then the only way is via 202 from your phone or set up a direct debit.

Call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.
Please Note: If you normally pay by Direct Debit, this may still be requested from your bank if you make a payment within 48 hours of its due date.
