I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I HAVE TO PAY £10 WHEN I REQUESTED A FULL AND DETAIL COPY OF ALL MY DEVICES AND PAYMENT HISTORY AFTER I HAVE DISCOVERED A PAY AND GO ACCOUNT WAS SET UP AND I WAS PAYING FOR IT WAY BEFORE I EVEN HAD A O2 ACCOUNT

Hi @Anonymous If you think your account has been fraudulently used then you have to report it as fraud via customer services and ask to be put through to the fraud dept.. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If it cant be resolved to your satisfaction then make a complaint https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
Edited to add: A google search shows direct dial to the fraud team at O2 is 0844 847 1420.

sorry i did not word that right someone has clone my details open a pay and go account with o2 , 6 months before i became a contract user, so o2 have been taking money out of my bank account for quite a while and the reason i was not aware of this was because i became very ill in 2013 and in 2015 i notice 3 payments going to o2 they return the £25 and i thought no more of it ........now am not taking morphine i requested bank statements to check and money has been going to o2 since 2013 so i am quite sure it is fraud and when i explain this they got very flustted and then sent me a email asking me to pay £10 for my account details

one more thing the billing address was in leeds and i live in northampton......i would like to know why o2 is not willing to help me
