extra minutes charges

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,
I've just been billed an extra £6.25 for phone calls for to a UK mobile whilst in the UK this weekend. I assumed I was over my minutes allowance from which I get 500 as I upgraded my contract last Thursday and based on this I should have plenty of minutes left over 200 hundred.

Check in your My O2. It will tell you what mins you have, when they reset and what the charges are for.

You would have received a pro rata allowance until your next billing date, you would then receive the full allowance.

This is correct, but usually it's just one day after the contract starts that you get the pro rata allowance for, so by the weekend, it should be the full allowance.
