Hi

I am trying to request an eSIM, having no luck calling O2 and cannot find anywhere to do this online. Please can you help? @Marjo @Martin-O2 

 

Any help appreciated, thank you.

This is in order to support an elderly relative self isolating and get her up and running using a new iPad

Have tried all numbers, just get 'goodbye'. I understand the situation but this is to support an elderly relative.

Keep trying - 202 worked for me at about 08:15 on a Friday a while back, after having been dumped a couple of times:

Are you getting onto the music queue? If you do, then put your phone onto speaker mode, sit back and enjoy. They do get to you, eventually. 

 

If you are not making it through to the music, then it's full, keep trying. 202, option 1, option 1 worked for me. I was on the queue for about 40 mins, took about 12 mins to find and correct the problem on my account.

Someone got  through this morning by pressing the option for fraud.

It was  blocked phone he wanted unblocked. Just press any option.
