I do keep trying, however this is a joke, do they only take 1 call a day?

Are you getting onto the music queue? If you do, then put your phone onto speaker mode, sit back and enjoy. They do get to you, eventually.
If you are not making it through to the music, then it's full, keep trying. 202, option 1, option 1 worked for me. I was on the queue for about 40 mins, took about 12 mins to find and correct the problem on my account.
