Hi was just wondering if anyone can help. My friend just got a new sim card. After topping up £10 found out it was a International sim card.. is it possible to change tarifs to a big bundle 1???

Yes you can do it in your MYO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or by calling 4445 or 2202

You can also change via text message

  • Text BASICS to 21300
  • Text 10BUNDLE (for the £10 tariff) to 21300
  • Text 15BUNDLE (for the £15 tariff) to 21300
