Whenever I try calling, it says "you cannot make outgoing calls when mobile barring is on".

How do i get out of this? Also is o2 live online chat not working. Ive been trying for months. I aint paying a pinky a month for this😡😠

You will need to contact o2 via 0344 809 0202 and speak to them as they will be able to tell you why Call barring is on.

Have you also checked your handset calling menu, to see if you can turn it off in there.??

I would strongly advise against with holding payment as o2 will add £3.50 onto your bill, and if still not paid they can disconnect the line, and pass it to a Debt Collector and add defaults to your credit report.

I've never withheld any payments? Every month they take it directly from my account? I've notice for the oast couple of months the bill was £33.68 from £28.00 when I firdt got my phone

I would avoid live chat as they aren't the best when dealing with account based issues.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
