Hi
I have a zero spend cap across all four phones within our family but have discovered that my daughter sent a picture message which cost 54p. Only 54p so it is not going to break the bank but zero spend cap should mean she cannot spend even the 54p. I am concerned because if she goes over her data allowance that could start costing a lot of money.
Thanks for helping.

That is an error which should be reported to O2 so they can check the spend cap is working correctly.
Don't worry about data though, as this stops automatically when used.
You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
