PLASE I HAVE TALKED TO SUPPORT 4 TIMES noone helped me. I have explaine my situation i no longer live in the UK yet you still sent me a new sim card to my OLD ADDRESS even tho I have updated you not to do it! I pay 17 pounds a month for what? Now i can not use the number which is connected to my bank account, can not make any payments and it's all your fault because your customer support DO NOT LISTEN!!!!!!

Use Skype on a laptop or your phone connected to WiFi and call +44 800 902 0217
Also note they can't send a SIM card abroad and also be aware that if in the EU you can only use for 63days in 180 before paying for calls etc
