My Sim card is blocked

Hello, I have a Sim card in O2. However. I forgot to top up it and now I cannot call or write SMS from it but when I try to log in to my O2 to top up my number I cannot receive messenger on my phone with a number as my Sim card is blocked.

Is there any chance to unblock it? Or I should buy a new Sim cars?
