Hi Team,
I'm unable to cancel my plan as it is very confusing and not straight-forward. The sim card is blocked so I'm unable to login to the online account. I still see I'm being charged and that is causing issues with my bank account. Please cancel my plan and provide clear steps that i can take to do so. Nr.: (REMOVED)

You need to contact O2.
