Hi, I have had £59.99 charged to my bill this month and I didn’t order it so please can you call me (spent ages on the line) to be put through and then put back on hold and cut off. Please reissue my bill as I have cancelled all direct debits until this is sorted

I was also charged £171 in sept 23 that I was owed back for as they took too much from me and I was due to be paid back ages ago

Cancelling Your Direct Debits is the worst thing you could do with O2. Rightly or wrongly they will put you into areas and eventually call in debt recovery. Wave bye to any chance of getting credit.
