I want to just clarify that these FAOS dont actually discuss the way that 02 deal with you, i couldnt even get a PAC code from them, nor did they help me in any way of leaving 02 and my contract but insisted on rambling why i should stay, firstly the irony aswell to try and make someone stay in a provider that doesnt even give customer service to its best ability, and leave me on the call and then for it to hang up on me, i was pushed on hold, left right and centre. I understand the pandemics but the customer service is why i just want to leave and i seem that i need to go to a store to have this provided to me which is utter bull******.

If you have your PAC then just give it to your new provider.

Read the guide....
You then give the PAC code and the number you want to bring across to your new network and it should transfer the following working day (if submitted before 17:30 on a working day) or within 2 working days if submitted after the cut off or at the weekend. You can also select a day of your choosing for the transfer to complete.
So once you use your PAC, your O2 contract will end automatically. You will be sent one more final bill.
