So, early November 2020 I upgraded my phone to a Huawei P40 pro.
I paid £400 up front and 3 days later I paid off the full ammount with a £499 paymentFabulous phone, but wouldn't run loads of apps that I need, especially the NHS track & trace app.
So it was agreed that I could return it under the 14 day 'change your mind' period.
It took me 6 weeks to get the £400 'first payment' returned, but I am getting nowhere with the refund of £499.
I must have spoken to 8 different people who promised me that the ammount would be returned to my account within 5 days!!
The last time I spoke to an O2 assistant was on the 22nd December. Her said he would look into this and ring me on my mobile the next day - without fail!
Well, he failed me!!
I think I have been more than patient, being fobbed off every time I ring O2.
Has anyone had problems like this?
And what do I do next?
Get a solicitor involved??
Any help would be most gratefully accepted
