Using my account, I upgraded my SIM card. I noticed then that my data changed to the upgraded deal. I thought however that I had to activate the eSIM card. So I signed out and in again. For security, O2 send a code but I didn t receive it. I cannot make or receive calls nor send and receive messages

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
