Upgrade

If I was to upgrade today and pay off my last bill that is £28.99 that arrives on the 9th of oct but is paid on the 23rd of oct when would my next bill arrive? So confusing trying to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated.

If you upgrade then your billing date remains the same

So your next bill would be on the 9th November

Yes, same bill dates and same payment date of 23ed November

You don't get two bills at the time of upgrade, just the normal one which is adjusted with the new tariff and with any cross-over costs
