Hello,
I've been an O2 customer for almost 2 years (end of July) and have recently lost my phone. It must be somewhere in my house but I can't seem to find it. Rather than waiting for it to turn up, I thought I might just pay a little bit more and get an early upgrade.
I have several questions regarding this:
1. If I'm upgrading now, will automatically get a new sim card with the new phone?
2. What if I want to keep my old number? I would still need a new sim card since I've lost my old phone.
Is this possible?
3. Will I have to pay extra for a sim card replacement when I am upgrading?
Thank you!
Marion

You can do this and transfer your number to the sim that comes with the new phone, all free.

You can use the form or pop into your local O2 store to transfer the number.
