I was told 7 days ago that I would be ent an unlock code via email for my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone number **personal info**, and still have now received it, you took the Imei?? code which is **Personal info**, I spoke to one of your people online and they are telling me I have to get it from CPW, if that is that case, firstly how do I do that, and secondly why was I not told, and why did you say you would send it to me in 7 days, this whole thing is getting extreamly frustrating,

 

Please help me sort this out sooner rather than later please

If you bought the phone from CPW then it's already unlocked @Anonymous Try it with another sim in it. If bought from O2 then unlocking advice here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1014131

Yet another CPW customer who isn’t told their phone isn’t locked.
They get worse!

Conversely people always seem to assume that their phones are locked. It's got to be one of the first things I find out.
