Switch from sim to esim

I have bought an iPhone 14 pro which requires esim. My previous phone was an android which I was using a physical sim. I was wondering how do I switch from the physical sim to the esim. I currently have a sim only contract.

Your best and quickest option is to pop into your local o2 store with Photo ID, and ask for an esim pack. 

If you cant then you will need to call customer services, and ask them to end an esim pack a word of warning though, you may get your number suspended whilst they send out the esim pack (one of o2's awesome ideas).

If on the new billing system go to Manage your account, scroll to Swap my Sim and it can be done from there
