Swap my SIM

I ordered a new SIM but the Swap my sim website don't work properly. It does send me a PIN but does not load the next page. After I retried for 3 times, it says I had hit my limit for the day.

Call customer services who can do it for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or call into your local O2 shop.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Tried the Contact Us page:

Live Chat - Busy

All our agents are currently busy, please try again later.

Nearest "local" O2 shop is 188 miles away and involves a 1 1/2 hour ferry ride.

Is there no other way of of getting O2 to fix their Swap my sim page?

Have you tried calling?
If I knew how to get O2 to fix their website, I'd be a millionaire wink

And getting the website fixed is something we are constantly trying to do @Anonymous

Give them a call. Mornings first thing from 8am is usually the best time https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It's a busy time of year and O2 never take on extra staff to cover busy periods.
