I know they says 24hrs, but whenever i do it in store its changed over by the time i leave
4hrs after getting new phone and still not swapped over

There has been some delays lately, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to check it's going through OK.
