2 weeks ago I Renewed a new monthly deal for my phone number ending in (REMOVED) and my sons number. Before this happened the customer service person tried to sell me a sim only deal before he understood that I already had a contract and it was the new deal I needed. I got a sim in the post and now emails saying this is now on my account (phone number is (REMOVED) which has nothing to do
with me - he said it was cancelled but obviously not - and I can’t cancel as it says it’s texting me codes but I have not put this sim in my phone as it is a mistake - this needs sorted plz
plz make sure this is cancelled as I already have a contract for years with o2.
