I got a new iPhone 12 yesterday and new 5G sim. I followed the instructions to transfer my number to new sim and it cut off my old sim pretty instantly. I’m now 32 hours in and the new sims not activated. Every time I ring customer services I’m told it’s pending and will be activated within an hour. I can’t receive the codes they send etc and I can only contact through a friends phone on 202. Does anyone have a number to speak to sim transfer department direct please or advice on anything I can do phone end?
