Hello. My eSIM has unexpectedly stopped working, and I am now receiving the message 'SIM 2 Not Provisioned.'
Consequently, I have no phone signal or data. I am using a dual-SIM Pixel 9 Pro XL, but I only have an eSIM, no physical SIM.
Live chat recommended calling 202 to request a new eSIM, which I could then download through the MyO2 app. However, I am unable to make calls due to the lack of signal, and my Wi-Fi calling is also not functioning, despite being enabled on my phone.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You could call into an O2 with photo ID.

If you go in store consider a physical SIM as eSims on O2 are a pain
