So EE are bringing back Roaming Charges and I saw in a BBC news report o2 are going to follow suit, yet I read in anouther report o2 wasnt!!! what is it???

O2 are not implementing roaming charges, all they are doing is moving what was in the fair use policy into the terms and conditions:
If you are on a tariff that has more then 25Gb of data, then you can only use upto 25Gb in EU Countries before you get charged £3.50/Gb
Never believe what you read on the BBC or hear on the BBC
