Regarding using my insurance for my phone

Hiya can you help as I’m looking to get my phone fixed due to an accidental breakage which resulted in the screen being smashed and also the back of the phone it’s self is also cracked how do I get it fixed? As I can’t seem to find an option to replace the said phone. Thanks

You will need to contact customer services, and they will be able to make the arrangements depending on your policy.

Just remember there will be an excess to pay to have it repaired if covered
