Hi there. I dropped my phone yesterday and it’s not working. I tried to claim my insurance but it says that I need to pay my bill first but I have no due bill and my last bill is paid. Any idea?

Did you take out insurance within 30 days of purchasing your phone?
Have you paid your bills?
