I've been having problems sending & receiving texts. The Service Status says that a nearby phone mast isn't working properly, but this has been going on for over 2 weeks now - does anyone know how I can get in touch with O2 to make a complaint & find out when the problem will be sorted?

O2 never give timings for mast repairs. You can download the My Network app and report it through there
